Bench Stories
Take a seat on one of the seven "talking benches" in Canton Zug and listen to the interesting tales told by Mona Vetsch, Beat Schlatter and other well-known personalities.
Since April 2009, in seven different places in Canton Zug, benches have been designated that give you a wonderful view over Zugerland and provide an added entertainment. A plaque on the bench tells you how you can delight your aural senses for a moment!
Simply by using your own mobile telephone, and dialling the number indicated on the bench, you can listen to an entertaining tale. The stories are narrated by well-known Swiss personalities such as Mona Vetsch, Reto von Gunten, Beat Schlatter or Michèle Roten. They'll make you prick your ears up!
