Fishing Museum

Zug's close association with the lake is documented in the Fishing Museum. The fish-breeding section is of particular interest for both adults and children.
From November till May the development from egg to baby fish can be followed in the internationally-known fish breeding jar, a Zug invention. For the young visitor there is a lot to discover: for example, fishing equipment from days-gone-by up to present day. There is even a fully equipped dug-out to explore. The museum was founded in 1888.
