Castle Museum

In the museum, part of the cultural-historic collection relating to Zug town and Canton is permanently on display, while special exhibitions and events are held regularly to complement it.
The historic rooms, the Knights' Room for children, a cafeteria and - in the warm months of the year - the castle courtyard and garden, are both interesting and inviting. A "talking" model explains how the town developed structurally from its beginnings right up until the 18th century, and the castle itself offers wonderful views over the old town and Lake Zug. The special atmosphere of the rooms and the romantic courtyard with a view of St. Oswald's Church provide a memorable setting for a celebration; a private tour with drinks afterwards; a corporate event; a committee meeting or even a children's birthday party.
