Department of Education of Zug

The Zug artist, Josef Herzog (1939-1998) painted them directly on the wall: you can almost see the movement of his hand. The sparseness of the work is balanced by the richness of the surroundings, creating a dialogue between architecture and observer.

The lines come to life like an improvised rhythm, flowing with the movement of the observer and the structure of the room.
