Rigi Square
The French-Swiss artist, Carmen Perrin (born 1953) created the work "Mémoire d'une strate 1887-1996" (In memory of a Stratum).
The vertically placed, layered tiles remind one of the ripples on the surface of the lake. No sooner have they appeared than they are gone again: a memorial without words to the catastrophe of 1887.
