Cantonal School Zug
Beneath the massive grey extension of the Cantonal School building, glass components dance in a water basin; the softness and lightness of subtle green and blue tones in direct contrast to the heavy-looking building.
In addition, a glass mosaic has been laid in a light shaft, set deep into the ground and hidden. The mosaic glistens luxuriously, making the room more spacious, and radiating a warm red light. Inside and outside, sculpted architecture and artistic installations complement each other. The Swiss artist, Elisabeth Arpagaus (born 1957) lives in France.
