A short tour of the museum will take you back to the
Roman era. You will then prepare a snack according to an
original Roman recipe, using some unusual kitchen utensils,
such as a Roman clay grater. Depending on the season,
the aromatic herbs are picked from the museum's own
herb garden. And finally you will enjoy your home-made
snacks with a good glass of Mulsum.
